Your privacy and data security are a top priority. Below are answers to common questions about how your personal and payment information is protected when using the Mooring Licensing Portal. This includes details on encryption, multi-factor authentication, and secure payment processing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Data is securely encrypted, and the system uses Multi-Factor Authentication to secure your account. Security policies, procedures and controls have also been implemented to protect all data including your personal information.

Payments can be made by debit or credit card.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen upon payment being accepted and the  status of your application will no longer be ‘Awaiting Payment’. 

You will receive an invoice confirming the payment has been made. This will also be available on your dashboard for your records.

No, your payment details will not be saved in the system.  

When a payment is processed, a unique and secure payment token is generated. This token is stored and used for future transactions, such as refunds, without exposing the original card data and minimising the risk of unauthorised access.
