To log in to the portal, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Mooring Licensing Portal
- Select ‘Login’
- Enter the email address registered to your account
- Select ‘Send Verification Code’
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address (this will be the same email address you used to log in)
- Select ‘Verify Code’
To register a new account, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Mooring Licensing Portal
- Select ‘Login’
- Enter the email address that will be used to access your account
- Select ‘Send Verification Code’
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address
- Select ‘Verify Code’
- Enter your first name and last name and select ‘Save’
- Enter your personal details and select ‘Update’
- Enter your address details and select ‘Update’
- Enter your contact details and select ‘Update’
- Select ‘Continue’ to access your account dashboard
The one-time verification code is a form of Multi-Factor Authentication and will assist to verify user identity and keep your account protected. The one-time verification code is used each time you log in instead of creating a password for your account.
To keep your account access secure, it is important not to share your email account password.
Firstly, confirm that your email address has been entered correctly.
Check the junk/spam folders in your email inbox for an email from [email protected].

No, only one email address can be used for your account.
Your ’Name’ is your profile name and can be your preferred name. Your ‘Legal Name’ must be the name that appears on your official identification documents, such as your birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license. It is essential that the ‘Name’ and ‘Legal Name’ provided on your account are for the same person.
In order to maintain your identity, the legal name associated with your account cannot be changed.
If your legal name has recently changed, or has been recorded incorrectly, please contact [email protected].
Your personal details, such as legal name, date of birth and email address, cannot be updated from your account dashboard. Please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
To update your address and contact details, log in to the online portal then follow the steps below:
- From your account dashboard, go to ‘Options’ at the top right of the screen
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Amend your address details by selecting ‘Edit’, ‘Delete’ or ‘Add Address’
- Amend your contact details by changing the phone or mobile number as required and selecting ‘Update’
- Return to your account dashboard by selecting ‘Home’
Applications submitted in the online portal will be visible on your dashboard under the heading ‘Applications’. Applications submitted prior to the commencement of the online system will not be visible.
