Thank you to Rottnest Island Volunteers

Volunteers working at Rottnest Island This week (May 18-24) is National Volunteer Week, an annual nationwide celebration and acknowledgement of the significant contribution volunteers make to communities across Australia.
The theme for this year is “Changing Communities, Changing Lives” which fittingly encapsulates the immeasurable contribution of the Rottnest Island volunteering community, who not only bring a diverse range of skills and expertise, but a boundless passion to the many initiatives and projects on the Island.
RIA would like to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteer organisations along with the hundreds of individual volunteers whose continued support and commitment over the last 12 months has been paramount to preserving the natural, cultural and recreational values of Rottnest Island.
We look forward to another successful year working alongside our volunteering community.
